Enabling Two-Factor Authentication
The FanSwipr Support Staff will
NEVER ask you to confirm a code that was sent to your device. If someone asks you for the code, please change your password immediately.
To enable/disable 2FA via app:
1. Log into
FanSwipr app.
2. Tap
Settings in the bottom right corner.
3. Beneath
Manage Account section, select
Login & Security.
4. Toggle
ON/OFF Receive SMS next in the
Two-Factor Authentication (2FA) section.
5. In the Two-Factor Authentication pop-up window, enter your
mobile phone number and click
Send Verification code.
6. Enter the 2FA code sent to your mobile phone and tap
Turn On 2FA.
Managing two-factor authentication (2FA):Please note that 2FA will not work with a phone number that can’t receive SMS messages. If you need to change your phone number, you’ll need to turn two-factor authentication off and back on.
