Resetting your password


To reset your password from the login page:

1. Open FanSwipr app and tap Log In at bottom of the screen.
2. Below Password entry, tap Forgot Your Password.
3. On the Reset Your Password page:

· Enter the email you used when you created your account. If you’re not sure what email you used to register your account, please contact our Support Staff.

· Tap Send Email.  

4. You’ll receive an email from FanSwipr with a link to reset your password. Click the link provided in the email and enter:

· Your email address.
· A new password that contains 10+ characters with at least one letter, one number and one special character.


To reset your password from within your account:

1. Log into FanSwipr app.
2. Tap Settings in the bottom right corner.
3. Beneath Manage Account section, select Login & Security.
4. Next to Password, tap Change.
5. Enter your Current Password and New Password then click Change Password.


Password reset tips

· If you can’t find the email in your inbox, please check your SPAM folder, and add @FanSwipr.com to your email allow list to ensure you’re receiving emails from FanSwipr.com.
· If you haven’t received the password reset email after a few minutes, please contact our Support Staff and they’ll assist you in recovering your account information.
