Resetting your password
To reset your password from the login page:
1. Open
FanSwipr app and tap
Log In at bottom of the screen.
2. Below
Password entry, tap
Forgot Your Password.3. On the
Reset Your Password page:
· Enter the email you used when you created your account. If you’re not sure what email you used to register your account, please contact our
Support Staff.
· Tap
Send Email.
4. You’ll receive an email from FanSwipr with a link to reset your password. Click the link provided in the email and enter:
· Your email address.
· A new password that contains 10+ characters with at least one letter, one number and one special character.
To reset your password from within your account:1. Log into
FanSwipr app.
2. Tap
Settings in the bottom right corner.
3. Beneath
Manage Account section, select
Login & Security.
4. Next to
Password, tap
Change.
5. Enter your
Current Password and
New Password then click
Change Password.
Password reset tips· If you can’t find the email in your inbox, please check your SPAM folder, and add
@FanSwipr.com to your email allow list to ensure you’re receiving emails from FanSwipr.com.
· If you haven’t received the password reset email after a few minutes, please contact our
Support Staff and they’ll assist you in recovering your account information.
