Verifying your Identity
To use FanSwipr you’re required to verify your identity. You will need to provide the following information to set up your account:
· Full legal name
· Physical mailing address (PO boxes or commercial addresses prohibited)
· Date of birth
· Last four digits of your Social Security number
What if my identity verification fails? If your identity verification fails due to a mistake in the provided information, you will be given the option to re-enter the information.
The number of attempts to re-verify your information is based on how you access the application:

Mobile application users get 2 more attempts (in addition to the first attempt)
·
Web browser users get 3 more attempts (in addition to the first attempt)
If we cannot verify your identity through this automated flow, please email our Support Staff at
Support@FanSwipr.com for further assistance.
What happens after I successfully upload my documentation?After you upload your document successfully, you will be required to enter your
Social Security number (SSN). If you fail the Social Security number (SSN) verification twice, our Support Staff will perform a check and contact you directly. After the upload, our Support Staff will review your document and send you an email with your verification result.
What happens if my document upload is unsuccessful?If all attempts to verify your identity are unsuccessful, you’ll be given the option to upload an identification document. The information entered into the online form and the associated identity documentation will be reviewed by FanSwipr’s fraud department to attempt to verify your identity. Our Support Staff will get back to you with your verification result.
